| Header/Exhaust recommendations for 04 Rsx
I have a 04 Rsx type S with a intake on it. I am looking to put on a full race header and a exhaust. I'm hoping someone could give me some advice as to what brand/models have good gains but, wont set me back a whole lot of money.
Thanks

Skunk2, Greddy, DC Sports (older models if you can get 'em, new headers are made in China now). A lot depends on how much you want to spend. Best bet is to call around to a couple shops, see what they recommend in your price range.

exhaust isn't going to give you much power, its all about the sound
but a race header is going to be a big upgrade, megan is the cheapest one on the market, i've got one, and its great!
for exhaust if you want something quiet, get a 05-06 type S stock exhaust, they are pretty good,
but make sure you upgrade your motor mounts or get motor mount inserts before you get a race header, or it will crack your header, for more info go read the FAQ on www.clubrsx.com |
