new sim card from fido, why ?
 
I just recently agreed on a 2 yrs contract with fido. I recieved the new phone along with the new sim card few days ago.
My question is why did they send me another one, now that I have two, what can i do with the extra one ?

the sim card was packaged with the phone already I guess and you can sell the extra sim card if you have no use for it

My co-worker got the same deal, where fido sent him a nokia with a sim card. He sold it to another co-worker and it didn't seem to work for him. Try the phone out first. lol

did they actually take it out and program it to your phone? phones from fido/rogers come prepacked with sims. don't sell it, i would keep it just in case you ever lose your phone. its $50 new.

so you're saying the sim I got is a blank one ?
new blank sim card is $50 with fee on top to activate then ?

Was it in the box of the phone or just in the box that they sent everything to you in??

I've got an unopened 16gb iphone that I want to sell, but if there's a SIM card in there, i might open it....lol...

how much do you want for the iphone? and is it a rogers or fido one?
