Whats that TV show where the guy trains peoples dogs?

If anyone knows the name of that TV show where that expert dog trainer guy goes to different people's homes in an effort to train their untrained dogs.
I love that show but I can't seem to remember what its called.

If it's 'At the End of My Leash' take what he does with a grain of salt. He is not a dog trainer, he is a life coach (for people). Most of the people on his show have not had any success, the show is based on causing as much drama as possible for TV.
some of his ideas the basis are useful, but that is all.

There is one with a British dog trainer in the US as well.
It's called 'It's Me or the Dog'. She is an actual dog trainer and I find has some good
techniques for the general public.
You have to remember with some of Ceasar's techniques that they are only effective if done 100% correctly. His veiws and ideas are great to use as a basis for training.
