Hydroxycut Recall

Just was brought to my attention.

I know it gets mixed reviews over here...but just in case, just thought it may be significant to people here...

http://www.cnn.com/2009/HEALTH/05/01...all/index.html

not just the american product, also goes for whats been distributed in Canada as well

yeah...thats what the article says....but according to the article, these cases were a couple years back. Don't know how recalls work, but wondering why the recall wasn't sooner.

They don't even know which ingredient is causing a problem... What's the point of a recall then?

they recalled the entire line...not just a few of their products.

Wouldnt that be the entire purpose of the recall? Because they don't know the ingredient thats causing it?

You should stop taking NO products because they are a giant waste of money and pointless.

NO is all marketing bs hype, all you are doing is lightening your bank account on something useless. Just stick to eating right, protein, a good MV and fish oil, if you're taking NO for the perceived pump or energy, just get enough good carbs during the day for energy and water.

OMG....that pretty good pump that you feel is a testosterone enhancer that some of those NO stuff uses. You learn it in Biology in the 10th grade; if you increase your levels of testosterone, you will also increase your levels of estrogen as well.

At the end, you're going to look really REALLY good. You're going to be looking at your brand new tits all day.

ok I found this article saying that NO won't work
http://buildingbodies.ca/exercise/do...ic-oxide-work/

but have you guys tried those NO supplements tho? I was skepticle about it, but when I tried it, I was amazed how I can actually feel the pump.

Is it only because of some other chemical in it like RayBot said?

Did u actually really feel the pump?? Or did it feel lighter because you just lost 80 bucks?

Testosterone enhancer is not a chemical...its a hormone booster; kinda like drugs.

Gotta figure....what else is gonna enhance your metabolism?

Black coffee does the trick....and it opens blood vessels and thins blood at the same time; thats more than what NO does. And considering one of the things that NO does is increase blood flow, avoid deep fried foods. Green tea extract is only 6 bucks a bottle, and that stuff works natural wonders...for me at least. Even a good rest before workout will do the trick.

I don't feel the buzz kind of energy by drinking coffee.

also I heard that the caffaine will make your blood vessels smaller? but NO will make it bigger...so they're kinda counteracting eachother. that's what i heard.
