actually if you watch the top gear video clarkson explains that the Jag has nicer leather, better nav system and back seats.... so no HP is not the only thing that matters, but when you get more car for less money, thats what matters. if you wanna try to look "ballin" and buy a bottom of the line aston martin just for the name, then go for it... i would rather buy the better car of the two...

instead of listening to a fat blowhard, why don't you actually compare the cars yourself? obviously you haven't because if you have, it is no contest. I would take a "bottom of the line" Aston anyday over any jag....do you think the only reason people buy the Vantage over the DB9 or DBS is because of price?....I have a few friends that have Vantages that could easily afford a DB9 or DBS, but chose the AM 4.7 because of size and weight....keep watching your you tube videos

hah well the fat blowhard has driven probably every supercar in the world made since 1970 so i think his opinion does carry some weight. and all your friends that picked the vantage over a DBS just because of weight distribution are full of shit. there’s absolutely no reason to buy a vantage over a DBS except for the cost. they just couldn’t justify paying the extra $150k for the DBS because in their minds the Vantage is "good enough"... it is an aston martin after all... but i rest my case... everyone has an opinion and no opinion is a wrong one if it can be substantiated with evidence of how the person arrived at that opinion...
