It had all the RUF bits in the interior as well, now how do we know whether or not it has mods in ecu, upgraded turbos etc.

I don't recall that much detail but a few things that stood out include his custom tail lights that sweep from side to side like on the new stangs as well as HIDs in his headlights and grill-mounted fog lights

Having some ruf bits and pieces doesn't make it a turbo R, from what I can see it definitely doesn't have the turbo R bumpers. Don't get me wrong I still think it's awesome in fact I prefer the look of the oem aerokit, and the wheels although ridiculously heavy for a high performance car do have a cool look to them.

I'm also surprised/disappointed how I wasn't spotted once in the last 2 weeks driving around in a speed yellow 993 outside of our little RS meet haha... :(

Weissach actually had a 993TT with full RUF conversion. It was recently on the market and resold. IIRC, it was the same color too.
