It probably cost more than 85k to build, but the seller is a fool if he thinks he'll get most of that back. Projects like this are money suckers. Rarely ever profitable, more for just personal enjoyment. He won't get 85k.

Well its the same as buying a car. You buy your sweet ass bmw 850i in 1993 for 110k, then sell it for 10k in 2003, why should a modded car be any different. Fuck I've got a 40k gti if we are talking how much its cost me but that doesn't mean I'm gonna get more than 15 for it if I listed it.
