Sorry guys, please despite my comment and move on, i should not made that comment since i haven't seen this house in person. However, I have seen several multi-million houses built with low quality, cheap material, poor design etc. The house in this pic just reminded one of those, I don't know why, maybe it is just the poor quality of the pic, if u r offended by my comment, please accept my apology.

Sorry, but I'm a little offended by this post. What the fuck do you mean "China quality built in Vancouver?" Other than the driveway not being complete, have you seen the house in person? Is the house not architecturally or structurally sound? Plus, that whole "China makes shit" is starting to get real old, considering how much of the stuff we're all using is made from there. Quote:

I agree with 370zx. Although there's a negative connotation with Asians with nice cars and things being made in China- Where did your iphone/mac/ps3/xbox come from?
Exactly.
Similar to foods, tastes are subjective- since we're on the topic of houses and cars I'm interested in what your house looks like and what you drive. Mind sharing?
Plus the the house is a bit big for myself alone but I quite fancy it.
China jokes are getting real old.

The first picture in his post is from somewhere up in the British Properties of West Van (Chartwell Dr. if I am not deceived).
If the second picture is from even a remotely similar location then you guys can are all way out of your element cause that is guaranteed to be a 10+ million dollar house.
Just because you see a little bit of dirt from an unfinished landscaping job, doesn't mean shit.

get your minorities straight; it's italians and indians that make houses

Just because you see a little bit of dirt from an unfinished landscaping job, doesn't mean shit. | I think that is Richmond.
The house in the background looks like a early 1990s Richmond house, and the land is flat, and the driveway is short, which means the land itself is not that deep to the backyard.

Just for fun, for meme and Gululu:

My parents used to live on Pinecrest, so I used to drive up there often.
My memory fails me on the exact street, but it's not Pinecrest I dont think, I'm pretty sure it's just off Pinecrest or right near-by though.

Just because you see a little bit of dirt from an unfinished landscaping job, doesn't mean shit. | Your right, but theres a lot more than the unfinished edge of driveway that makes someone who is attentive to details or knows what their talking about speak up about it. But ahhhhhh yea if it was "china" style.... It would be decked the F out in Marble out of a 40' container FROM China.

First, homeboy "originalhypa" comes in and fails a couple posts that were trying to call someone out on being borderline racist...then this post.
So, are you implying that either you or alex1988 are "attentive to details" or perhaps "knows what [you're] talking about"? If you knew what you were talking about, you'd know China is pretty much out of marble, and only do finishing work for marble imported from Europe--largely Italy. So, you come in here, without any specific criticisms about the house, but you make some passive aggressive reference that something is wrong with it, and then make another derogatory reference to "China style". Are you just here to start shit?
Fucking people. Quote:

Just to clarify, my "unfinished driveway edge" comment was not about the build quality of the house, rather the drop a car takes when using the driveway.

Joking, I was more saying in general not in reference to your post. I thought thats why people thought it was a shitty house. You guys would be amazed how some people cannot look past something as simple as landscaping or paint and see a house for how amazing it is.

Fucking people. | Clearly you're quite aggressive against the stereotype.
The cars aren't bad, the Fisker should not have fucking pink wrapped side mirrors, and the Ferrari... Well yeah. They're both nice cars without the colors.
