Sorry guys, please despite my comment and move on, i should not made that comment since i haven't seen this house in person. However, I have seen several multi-million houses built with low quality, cheap material, poor design etc. The house in this pic just reminded one of those, I don't know why, maybe it is just the poor quality of the pic, if u r offended by my comment, please accept my apology.

Sorry, but I'm a little offended by this post. What the fuck do you mean "China quality built in Vancouver?" Other than the driveway not being complete, have you seen the house in person? Is the house not architecturally or structurally sound? Plus, that whole "China makes shit" is starting to get real old, considering how much of the stuff we're all using is made from there.

If the second picture is from even a remotely similar location then you guys can are all way out of your element cause that is guaranteed to be a 10+ million dollar house.

The lamp posts are newer in the picture.

Chartwell Dr does not have any lamp posts (only a few near the top where it joins Eyremount) and Chartwell have yellow lines in between.

The picture is probably Pinecrest Dr where they use newer lamp posts, or a side street off of Pinecrest Dr.

My parents used to live on Pinecrest, so I used to drive up there often.
My memory fails me on the exact street, but it's not Pinecrest I dont think, I'm pretty sure it's just off Pinecrest or right near-by though.

The cars aren't bad, the Fisker should not have fucking pink wrapped side mirrors, and the Ferrari... Well yeah. They're both nice cars without the colors.

As for China-style. I agree. The house is made of quality most likely, but some mainlander (given by the cars) is here to most likely buy this $10mil+ house and either only live here in winter/summer or barely here at all. Tons of my neighbours are asian, and they're only around half the year if that.. (I live near Buckingham Heights in Burnaby)
