#1. learn some history please, communism does exist. China is still considered a communist country but is becoming more capitalist.
#2. if you're going to make a claim like that, be more realistic. You're talking about the super-rich and that sounds fucking ridiculous to say hundreds of thousands of millionaires are making it every day in China. Fuck it I'd move over there and just wait my turn.

Like wtf are you trying to prove? And if you're trying to support China that's great. But that's not the way to do it. If you are indeed in the 1% and saying shit like this, no wonder people fucking think "mainlanders" are assholes.

agree with you other than the the part about communism. China claims to be a communist country. Karl Marx idea of communism have no resemblance to the so call "communism" of modern day china.

They're awsome cars, an old neighbor had one parked on the street and I'd sometimes stop and admire it walking home from school.

I saw a GMC Typhoon today but couldn't snap a pic, another crazy 80s/90s 'turbo'd for the fuck of it' car I have a soft spot for

Yeah, lets ruin it even more by adding a wrap of purple hue with white dots... :suspicious:

Love 'em, although I prefer the Syclone. Same same basically though. Both are always in my top 10 craigslist searchs(USA mostly)

We had a brand new 991 Turbo arrive at our shop yesterday, some photos (not the greatest) before it left earlier today.

New 991 is bloody gorgeous.

Marshall Placid 05-15-2014 10:00 PM

Usually not a fan of Porsches, but the new Turbo depicted 2 posts above is HRNGHH!!!!!!

Love the new LED system at the front which definitely sets it apart from other Porsches.

WUNDERBAR!

bumsuck 05-15-2014 11:09 PM

What's with people/factory specc'ing 911's with clear tail lights? I don't think they are aesthetically pleasing at all. But what's my opinion worth, I'm poor.

trollguy 05-16-2014 06:18 AM

I actually fancy the clear tails. Unlike the usual clear tails (ie. 2008 STI hatch), Porsche seems to have it done well! But that's my opinion, I'm poor too.

Z3guy 05-16-2014 06:58 AM

The turbo with the LED lighting looks amazing, definitely seperates it from run of the mill 991s, but only car geeks like me would notice the difference. Hard to justify spending $200K+ for a 991. You are talking Ferrari and Mclaren price range now....

westopher 05-16-2014 07:58 AM

Well, to be fair, thats talking Ferrari California pricing, which is an absolute abortion of a car. If the 991 turbo S cost the same as a 458 I'd still take the 991, but its close to half. The performance #s on the new turbo S are fucking astonishing. Again, one more guy who's opinion is that of a poor man in here, so I'll go back to looking for my 81 911 SC.:alonehappy:

Z3guy 05-16-2014 08:08 AM

^ Hey Westohper, curious why you want a 81 sc vs a 84 and up Carrera with the 3.2 and G50 tranny? Some of my fondest memories as a child was cruising with my dad in his 1980 white sc targa......

westopher 05-16-2014 08:12 AM

Lol because its all I can realistically afford. Sounds like you got your good vehicular tastes from your Dad. Very cool.

Z3guy 05-16-2014 08:15 AM

^fair enough, still a brilliant timeless machine regardless of year. I personally think the 78-88 porsches are the most beautiful porsches ever made......dare I say even more attractive than the 993.

westopher 05-16-2014 08:27 AM

I'm not actually technically in the market for any car at this exact moment, but if something awesome pops up in the 20-30k range in 911s, or e30 m3s I might jump on it (pending the sale of my place in Edmonton). Its lofty, but the deals do exist out there.

GS8 05-16-2014 01:20 PM

Not a CTS Coupe

It looks better in person

http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r...ps1bec7892.jpg

The MSRP :heckno:

westopher 05-16-2014 01:24 PM

Lol looks like a painted red brick of cheese.

knight604 05-16-2014 01:43 PM

cant buy class.

Shark Tank 05-16-2014 02:31 PM

That cts coupe would look way better in black. Any car painted in that maroon red would look unappealing.

It's not a CTS Coupe, it's the new http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadillac_ELR

inv4zn 05-16-2014 02:46 PM

That's not a CTS coupe.

It's the ELR - caddy's version of the Volt...but the MSRP is pretty ridiculous lol.

I know they're technically different systems/drivetrains, but I'd get a Tesla S.

bumsuck 05-16-2014 02:47 PM

I think the ELR would look better if it had an MM design wrap, some
PUR wheels and carbon fibre exterior trim IMO

Harvey Specter 05-16-2014 03:01 PM

Jebus, $85k for that?? It'll be worth $25k within 2 years.
