Revscene SpottedSpotted Revscene Members all across town
Did you happen to see a Revscene member or a car with a Revscene sticker on the road or somewhere? Or happen to see a car of interest that you'd like to share with pictures? Post it up here!
Everything is not right on that M5... poor car got ruined by some surrey jack... every meet he goes to, he ruins it for everyone, stupid engine rev and burnouts don't know why he isn't banned from meets... is he banned from RS and RS meets?
^Yeah, he riced it out harshly. The wide body flares look like shit.
from the angle of the pic car looks like a M coupe with the wide flare.
owner does look a gangster so ill refrain from saying anything else. thats probably the reason nobody has confronted him at the meets

Had the opportunity to join the Diamond Rally this year and it was very fun and met a few people.
When leaving Whistler Village, we actually drove on the village stroll pavement (pedestrian walkway) to leave Olympic Plaza which was very cool (I'll post a video in the next few days).
In the meantime, please enjoy the pictures my navigator and I took:
1st Pit Stop at Squamish (Kid Carson was there, along with Reiko from HOV, Robbie D - organizer -)...
AND
Here is a quick estimate/count of the cars doing the Rally -
112 cars = 1 x i8 (first rally for an i8 in Canada), 1 x M6 Cab + 1 x M3 (the black w/ red stripes posted in a revscene thread)+ 1 x new M4, 4 x x 650s (from McLaren Vancouver/Pfaff), 4 x Aventadors, 7 x Gallardos, 2 x Murcielago, 4+ 458 Italia (including one from Reiko, House Wives of Vancouver), FF, F12 Berlinetta, 2 x California, 4 x Scuderia, 3 x R8, 1 x RS5, 2 x F-Type, 7+ GTRs (Timpo Heaven), 8+ Bentleys, 5 x Benz AMGs (including 1 x E63 AMG Wagon), 1 Brabus AMG G Class, 7+ Porsches (1 GT3), CL63 AMG, 2 x Stingrays, 1 x Cadillac ELR, 1 x Viper, 6+ Aston, 8+ Maserati, and more:
Leaving Brian Jessel BMW, starting point, with 5 or 6 police cars/officers blocking traffic to allow us to go onto the highway:
For Westopher and Porsche fans:
There were 4 x 650s (dealer provided) at the Rally, one of which was driven by Wilson Ng (good guy):
Black Series:
FF:
Brabus G63 (the couple was VERY nice and helped me with the decals + 650s x 2 + Aventador (far left):
Whistler Olympic Plaza... people were commenting how all of a sudden, within 5 minutes, the plaza was filled with 112 (+/-) luxury cars:
Met Jacob who drove this this F-Type S... Car looks WUNDERBAR in person:
Looking good:
GTRs for Timpo... apparently one GTR owner spent $180,000 in mods on his GTR (which Robbie D announced to all of us at Brian Jessel BMW, and there were quite a few chuckles when that was mentioned).
I haven't yet finished all the pictures, but these are the best ones.
I'll post more in the next several days along with a video.

Did they move the location this year?? I missed that memo
the cars were spread out in the area because of another event being held at the south lawn and occupying the space.
Lambos, Ferraris and French cars were at the shipyard.

It was a great day in my neighborhood.
Filipino days saturday and sunday. Car show on the North Lawn, nice cars at shipbuilders square.
the F Type is a very good looking car, the price however is just retarded.
Yes, it is priced higher than what I perceive it should be at, using the performance numbers.
I drove behind the F-Type S for a good 20 minutes, and the exhaust note is out of this world.

Spoiler!
Officially, you have to be "invited".
But, you can e-mail the event organizers to get an invite.
They have a list of the approved cars at diamondrally.com .
However, 4 cars were definitely "not approved" which were 1 x 325i coupe, 1 x SL, and 2 x Corvette C6.
There were quite possibly 4 cars that specifically were chasing the group to take pictures (DEADBEA7, Marcel Lech/1exotic, TheGlassEye, and 1 more)... I was gawking at them when they performed "acrobatics" to take pictures when cruising... props to them. Their proven picture taking techniques beget amazing action/cruising pictures (and still ones).

I had a invite for my Bentley GTC, was suppose to drive up with B in his 458 but I had to go out of town this weekend. Looks like a great event, probably hit it up next year if I get an invite again.
Great pics of the rally! Marshall I thought that was your car, but couldn't find you to come and say hi when we were parked. Sounded amazing when you took off
