im sure he's one of those people that wanted to be the first in town and didnt want to wait.
there are people out there paying way over MSRP for a stingray corevette! (that is a bit more justifiable though..)

I kitted the car exactly as yours is and I end up with this:
I don't know what the "additional $1200 MSRP" charges you have there are... But looking at my vehicle EXCLUDING the $1380 discount you received my fully kitted out car is still less than your price with that discount. How does that work?

Fuck I'm glad I like old cars. Just thinking of how much car (or 2) 80k would get me makes my head spin. That being said, I don't have 80k to spend on cars ATM, so my thoughts on the matter aren't very important.

Those astons with the active exhausts gets pretty loud as well! | I think I was behind you downtown at one point, and I was checking out your Abarth and loving the exhaust sound. Sounds very good, the pop and crackle is awesome!

Does that Abarth have straight pipes from factory?
I'm very confused in terms of exhaust regulations lol
Thing sounds like a rumbling V8

factory snap crackle pop systems are awesome
and yes, there are no mufflers, no resonators from the factory for the abarth. just a 2.5" mild steel pipe of "Italian" fury (and being Italian, the pipe is in fact poorly welded too )

I guess it kinda comes with the territory of driving a flashy/loud car, can't help but to think he might not have been pulled over in something more mundane. From what I saw cops didn't see him rip it onto Howe. | No sympathy for the driver. The ticket he got is just a drop in the bucket to his networth. Most of the people driving lambo, ferrarris, mclarens in the downtown core are doing it to show off. I know its hypocritical of me to say I wouldn't do the same if I had my dream cars RWB, CGT, GT2RS. I would cruise Robson on the regular on a nice sunny Sunday but I know I would be extra careful paranoid if theirs cops around.
When you have the reputation of Richmond trust fund kids with N's theirs a big fat bullseye on your back. Worse is if the cop see's your asian and profiling does exist like it does in the States with Blacks.

Godamn I want one of these so badly but I'm only finding pre-87 models. You can do a swap but those 'hot air' Buicks are very rare (just not as desirable as the I/C cars).
Good thing I have the next best Buick in my garage!

Didn't get the chance to go this year (I was there last year), but it looks like it was even bigger this time around.
