Reason: image didn't attach
There was enough matte or texture on the wheels up close to tell me it wasn't all out chrome, but I could be wrong since I just took quick pics didn't get too up close.
It looks to be one of those silvery chrome like finishes that some Japanese wheel manufacturers offer, I'm assuming Toyota offers the same thing for the LFA, it's not full blown chrome although to a casual car guy it might look like it.

LFA wheels = polished aluminum. The wheels would only suit the car if it was a dark color. White with polished/chrome looks a tad out of place as there is no contrast. Just my $0.02.
360k to go to catch up. I put 1k on the car this weekend though, so its a start.
Wow your car is pretty low mileage! I think my M3 had about 210k/220k when I sold it, would've been nice to take it over 300,000km+. I've put about 10,000kms on my S2000 in just over 2 months and I'd like to see if I could take it up to 200k. However, knowing my car ADD we'll see if I even have the car by the end of the year #tofusyndrome
Beautiful Austin Healey spotted a block over from Main St. Was so clean and the front windshield was wicked, the way you would have to "unfold" it into driving position.

Spotted this gem last night, had to stop and take a photo has so much presence, pure elegance on four wheels.
Oh man! Great spot! I love these mercs. My dad has one of these. In fact he bought the first one in the western hemisphere while attending the Paris Autoshow. The w126 is a beautiful chassis. His was a 500SEC 240hp V8. They are heavy but man that car never gave any problems. Mercs built in the 80s are tanks man. They are heavy, torquey and over-engineered. The beauty of a car like that is how well it drives on the highway. They are so stable at high speed...you get to 240 km/h and it feels just fine. After about 20 years he decided to buy a w220 s500 but it was chalk and cheese. Plastic buttons on the interior, arbitrary issues as the years went by. Still a great car but the 500sec was an amazing car. I find myself searching for them every now an again on cl as I'm tempted to buy one but can't justify it right now.
