That white 993 "GT2" is apparently getting a tranny and engine swap soon.

I thought that was you but wasn't sure. I heard the honk and was just like "oh shit what did I do" since I was essentially blind with Porsche desire haha.

I don't know if my tastes have changed, or if the execution of that RWB was different than most, but I thought it looked just awful. Maybe the missing side skirts?

Either MB quality control is shit now or owner doesn't know how to close the hood.

Hey, just noticed you got a 2016 Q3 with s line...I just got one for the wife last week and gotta say I'm pretty impressed with it. How do you like yours?

^ for a daily driver, I freaking love the thing! I am surprised how well it handles. It feels faster than 200hp suggests. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot overlap your throttle and brake. If you left foot brake and try to step on the throttle, it cuts all power! kind of dangerous when you are changing lanes. I wish I took the factory 20s though:okay: Your wife's car looks sweet!

Yup, I was shocked how nice it is to drive and you're right about the power, feels much faster. Makes me want to get rid of my X5 and get a S3 which I also heard is a blast to drive.

I've always loved the 5 rotor 20" wheels, we got lucky because there was a incoming truck with the exact specs we wanted including the wheels otherwise we would have had to settle with whatever was in stock.

^ my buddy just bought a S3, what an amazing vehicle for $50K. Plus it is great on gas. The S3 feels so compact and nimble compared to the boats I drive! I think the S3 is better value than a Golf R.

Haven't seen the owner on RS for a long time. I think he should have went with the SV wheels but nonetheless still a stunning ride.

Finally got to go down and take a look in the parkade of my buddies place at this old guys "bmw collection", so frustrating to see minus the e39. My buddy says the cars have been there since the building was built and he moved in 4 years ago. Haven't moved once. He spoke with the owner offering to buy them and he has zero interest just saying they'll be worth something someday, sad

I'd say this show was the best german car show yet by a long shot.

So upset I had to miss it this year, looks like an amazing turnout this year, too busy working on getting my own German machine.
