The 675LT is limited and going up in value so it's a pretty good buy.

320icar 07-19-2016 10:55 AM

I don't get all his points, but I agree every single one looks exactly the same. Bland as hell, though still a sick looking car none the less

dhari 07-19-2016 11:37 AM

All of the McLarens look too similar except for the rear section of the LT. This is because it has a long tail(LT)

I actually like the look of the 570 over the MP4/650/670/ect

twitchyzero 07-19-2016 01:26 PM

don't even have to go to the german car festival

Porsche has made all their cars look the same since the dawn of time and I don't hear anyone bitching about that.

i guess for somone like Robbie it's one thing because he's a car guy and he knows it's X car with X stats, but to me the mclarens are almost like the guy who goes out of his way to buy a real LV wallet then the guy next to him has a flea market knock off

That's a terrible analogy, you're effectively saying there's no point buying a Mclaren because someone can make a Mclaren style bodykit for their Fiero. In reality they're all still Mclarens so it's like someone with a real LV wallet next to someone with a nicer LV wallet. You might not be able to tell the difference between them but they're still gonna stand out to anyone with a bit of an interest in wallets.

Hondaracer 07-19-2016 02:30 PM

yea, bad analogy.. i just find that outside of under the hood, there is almost nothing to distinguish model to model

cars such as Porsche's lineup etc. they are all Porsches, yet each model is very different in appearance

even to me as a pretty big car guy, that mclaren is just any other mclaren, the styling has turned me off to the point where i dont really care to the model or motor, it's just another 650 etc.

I CONSTANTLY complain about that!!!' But revscene just loves to gag on Porsches rear engined cock that any time I mention it, it ends up a fail storm. Fuck Porsche and all the fake hype

JSALES 07-19-2016 03:46 PM

I still get confused between the different porsche numbers like 911, 930, 964, 996 etc.. lol

Spoke with the owner of the car before, iirc he's had the car for a good 17 years and won't be selling it anytime soon.

BTW there's also a 2002 (not tii) at No.1 collision by Fir, that one has a big dent on the top left of the trunk..

boostfever 07-21-2016 01:37 PM

Spotted a unicorn driving around English Bay, no time to take a pic as it was in driving opposite lane, red 1985 Audi Sport Quattro with wide fenders, white wheels and a few Hella lights in front. Looked like it had US plates.

That Aventador SV is sick! There's probably an Aventador in every colour in the Lower Mainland. Black, white, orange, blue, red, yellow, purple etc. :lawl:

:suspicious: Porsche, the company that uses the same front end on every vehicle and has 27 "different" 911's currently available? Even take a look at Lambo, for the last several years all their cars have looking roughly the same.

Some snaps from yesterday's Ultimate Car Show at the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver. It was a nice change from the supercars. Enjoy

Definitely not the 'first' one. I've seen a few driving around Vancouver and Richmond as far back as January.

That LT Spider is sick!

-looks much better than the "Pokémon Go" McLaren that has been seen around town. The car with Pikachu on the hood. :fuckthatshit:

This is correct, Robbie's is the first LT Spyder in Western Canada- if not all of Canada

Those were from the annual Northwest Ferrari club's Concours d'Elegance. There is the "Ferrari Day" at the Exotics at Redmond Town Center in Redmond, WA on Sept 3rd. So there is a good chance that both GTOs will be there, or at least the Series 2.

Some more from the show.
