Exhaust note isnt really up with the exotics either imo, at least for city driving/light to light rips, reminds me of the G35/350Z hollow note, which i've always hated.

On a slightly unrelated note, a while back i was behind an older 350Z merging into the cassiar tunnel from Mcgill, what really caught my attention was the guy had a single angled muffler on this car as opposed to nearly 100% of the other Z's i've ever seen with the dual (not sure if this is restricting HP etc.)

however, the thing sounded like a fucking BEAST! honestly, it screamed like a ferrari

That's strange, because most TD exhausts for the VQ are the ones that will get rid of the signature VQ sound (gurgling each cyl fire), not the single exit ones. I know the HKS TD smoothes out a lot of the uneven sound and does make it sound pretty dry and exotic sometimes.

The best sounding single exit for the VQs is hands down the Tomei Expreme. If it's titanium it will more likely have that dry sound.

Because not gated 6 speed.....
I think i prefer the original r8 over all of them, but really, its obviously a no lose situation.

Akinari 11-10-2016 06:27 PM

Maybe cause of the stupid LINE and MM Design stickers on the door...

Interesting tricolore calipers, but they totally don't work with blue paint.

Pics of little Asian girl? :troll:

Given the cost of that car I'd guess it'll be rebuilt.

70km on a brand new car? Never mind a 911R

Harvey Specter 11-17-2016 03:57 PM

Brand new Lambo's have 50+, I've seen as high 80. Lambo takes the cars for a test drive around the factory before shipping.

Hondaracer 11-17-2016 04:21 PM

with a car like that id probably rather it had 70km than 0

(assuming it's from the factory and not from lot boys and test drives)

donjalapeno 11-17-2016 09:26 PM

Its near impossible for a car to have zero unless they tow it off the assembly line, tow it onto freight and then once it gets off tow it to the dealership, tow it during PDI and then tow it to the gas station once its ready for delivery.....and then tow it around the lot lol Ive seen new cars with 250km.

Customer car or one for sale @ 999k?
Fucking garbage how customers "can't get an allotment" but dealers can to sell them for 5x retail.

I didn't see any pricing sheets posted. You aren't talking about that 911R for that kind of money, are you?!

:fulloffuck:

Harvey Specter 11-18-2016 11:32 AM

Prices for the 911R are dropping fast.

Z3guy 11-18-2016 11:42 AM

^ all manual 991s be it a c2, C4s or GTS are priced -$10K to -$15K to a PDK equipped car.

:fulloffuck:

That is what dealerships are listing them for. Not giving customers allocations then selling for that is fucking criminal.

Haha, I like the "AIYA" license plate. :)

Hondaracer 11-25-2016 02:40 PM

So that is the regular spec bumper as opposed to the one that has those bumpers or whatever?
