I thought Saurus closed his shop in Vancouver and went back to Japan couple years ago?
Pretty cool 550, it's like a JGTC version.

IIRC the owner has a history of shipping cars back and forth between Japan just to go to certain garages

It’s beautiful but I think they should have at least slipped that body on top of a Miata or old beetle if building a driveline was too difficult. Who will buy a 1:1 scale model?

A bit off topic, but I figured many exotic fans are frequenting this thread more than anything. So I was browsing online and came across a note on driving.ca that there are still brand new Lexus LFA in the hands of dealerships. I think I read similar article a few years earlier... and it was quite fascinating back then already... but this article was dated just beginning of this year.
It actually got me curious... where can I find information on this? I don't think by just calling Lexus US/CA would get any information on this.
Anyone associated with Toyota/Lexus on a corporate level can shine some light on this topic?
Not exactly buying one, but just wanted to car geek myself out and one can dream.

Just spotted the Garage Saurus 575 pulled over on highway 99. Ran out of gas. Friends seem to have brought him a can to refill. What an amazin1g car to see on the streets.

The above RS > Any RWB
Porsches were not meant to have riveted fenders.

Riveted fenders on any street car looks cheap and trashy to me because that's what cheap people have to do and any schmuck can do it. Mold it on properly or don't bother. It's like sticking art to your wall with thumbtacks, fine for the cheap sports poster in your bedroom as a kid but for a painting in your dining room you should install it properly.

i still respect the passion and craftsmanship | I was definitely one of those people, but you can only modify a few the identical way before the formula gets boring. I’ve seen more RWB at car meets than nicely modified 964s.

Car should be given a salvage title for that.
