DSG vs 6-speed weight ?

How much heavier is a MK5 GTi with DSG than a traditional 6-speed GTi?

I would imagine the weight would be negligable. Is this the only thing causing you to choose? Manual ftw every time.

for fun, I agree with you, however for a daily driver, the dual clutch trannys are a pretty good compromise...definitely a step up from single clutch auto trannys.....

............. Manual / DSG
Weight: 1 406kg / 1 429kg
0-100 km/m: 7.2seconds / 6.9seconds
City L/100km 10,1 / 9,3
Highway L/100km 6,8 / 6,9

Was curious, so I checked

If cats always land on their feet, and toast always lands butter side down, what would happen if you strapped burnt toast to the back of a cat and dropped it?
