Vancouver to Qingdao

Hey Guys !

So I'm looking to fly out from Vancouver to Qingdao on around the 15th of August, and come back around the 4th of September. I have 2 questions, where is the best place to get cheap cheap tickets, and should I wait or buy my ticket ASAP ? Any links to prices or hook ups will be GREATLY appreciated!! TIA
