Okinawa - recommendations?

I'm thinking about going in December. Has anyone booked a package from Hong Kong with an airline called Hong Kong Express? If you've been to Okinawa, let me know your thoughts on hotels, places to eat, things to do, nice beaches, etc..

I stayed @ Toyoko-inn, would recommend it as it's cheap & clean. They're usually nearby train-stations as it's targetted for salary-men on business trips. If you have a chance you should check out Chura aquarium. It's really far so it's probably best to join a tour which includes transportation.

If I remember other stuff I'll post. Jet-lagged in Japan right now. So sleepy

[EDIT] Toyoko-inn Asahi-Bashi this is the one I stayed. Very close walk from the mono-rail to the hotel. Walking distance to International St.

[EDIT2] Chura Aquarium
