Lewis Hamilton is an ungrateful douchebag. Ron Dennis was the guy who raised and fed him, yet Lewis won't even show up to Ron's retirement party and is cutting all ties.

After they kicked Ron Dennis out, the team will just go downhill and will probably be taken over by Mercedes soon enough.

Offtopic: Ferrari is pulling out of Formula 1 at the end of this year if the FIA doesn't change the budget cap rule in the F1 regulations next year. Numerous other teams such as BMW, Redbull Racing and Scuderia Torro Rosso are threatening to quit as well.
