People seriously take 3 EC/ECA stacks a day? How do they not get a heart attack? I was doing 1 24mg/200mg/200mg stack a day for 2 weeks on 1 week off as my cycle for a bit and I lost about 20lbs over a month. Goddamn though after 2 months of that I felt strung out as hell and quit. Now I just use 8-16/200 EC after a workout to keep my metabolism going through the day if I feel like it.

Is Hydroxycut Hardcore similar to this ECA stack stuff? I've used HH for about a month (2yrs ago) and stopped right after I heard about the product getting recalled for causing liver damage. I've been having a shot of espresso before my morning workouts, and it seems to give me the same 'boost.'

EC stack is by far the most effective way of losing bf% and is much cheaper than buying say Hydroxycut for example. I took it a year ago and went 3 cycles of it. I stopped taking it after I was satisfied of my bf% and now I am able to maintain my bf% without using EC. I find it most effective taking it 3x's per day. Once right after you wake up in the morning, then once before lunch and another before dinner time.

3 EC pills a day? Geez, that's like having a shot of espresso before each meal, how do you guys go to sleep at night? I would still feel pumped as hell at 10:00pm, adn can't fall asleep at all with 2 a day in the morning..

3E, 1C - 3x a day
morning, lunch, afternoon
space them out 4 hours apart and try to have your last one 6 hours before bedtime so the caffeine can wear off

Here's my experience at GNC(first and only time i'll ever be there)
there were 2 guys working. one normal white guy and a short bald nerdy chinese guy that looks like a thinner george costanza.
while i was browsing, these guys were talking about their "biceps". well they were talking about techniques on getting bigger biceps.
well chinese costanza says something along the lines of "you know what you should do? go dehydrate yourself until you are really veiny then go do a lot of bicep curls so you look really ripped."
i walk out of the store right as i hear this. i don't wanna buy stuff from retarded people. this was the lougheed one.

All this talk of supplements to help lose weight is tempting. For the past year and a half I've been losing weight without the use of supplements. For the past few months I've also hit a plateau in losing my last 10-15 pounds...stuff is tempting but at the same time scary since I don't know anything about these fatburners.
