White iphone (cracks) - replacement?
Hey guys,
i noticed cracks on my white Fido iphone this morning. Will the apple store downtown replace it with a new/refurbisehd one due to cracks, free of charge? I have the original reciept, but it was a gift from a friend, so it's under his name. Would that make a difference? any ideas are appreciated.

If its brand new they'll probably replace it, but if it isn't you have to pay unless you have warrenty

dont all iphones come with 1 year manufacture warranty?
