Where can I go to buy Rollerhockey gear locally? Looking for rollerhockey pants and stuff like that. I'm not really even sure what people wear for rollerhockey. |
Biggest selection i've seen....hockey shop in surrey. Carrying good selection, and not sure if a lot of places do this...but sell wheels individually. I always drive from Rmd to Surrey for everything there cuz its worth it for me. Haven't played roller hockey for about 3 years, but i am assuming that their selection has decreased since then. For pants, they carry pretty much all the brands for girdles, and shells from Mission, RBK, etc...with a good selection for each. |
http://www.thehockeyshop.com/ - Surrey http://cyclonetaylor.com/index-us.html - Vancouver Theres 2 shops in richmond i know of.. close to silvercity theatre |
Richmond store is a much MUCH smaller store. Its worth going to the Vancouver store to check it out as opposed to the pro shop in richmond. |
I actually didn't really see any rollerhockey pants or stuff like that at Cyclone Taylor's. Maybe I just missed it. I'll have to take another look. |
Does anyone know if sportchek have any rollerhockey pants? Because there's a family sale going on tomorrow, I might as well go buy it from there if they have it. So does anyone know off the top of their head? I don't want to drive all the way to Sportcheck just to check. |
as far as i recall, the only roller hockey gear u'll find at sportcheck are skates...nothing really else. |
Offside Pro Shop inside langley sportsplex has every roller thing you will ever need, guaranteed, has every roller hockey everything has beginner to high end equipment for all sorts of roller hockey players |
imo, the most roller stuff you'll find is Hockey Shop and Ice Level. Anywhere else is really slim picking. As for Cyclones Vancouver, the Roller stuff is at the front and on the right side, right when you first walk into the store. SportChek has zero selection for Roller stuff. You can also try Scoff's in Burnaby, but I'm not sure how their selection is these days. If you want to venture out to N Van, I don't remember the store, I think its called Larry's Sports? They have a decent selection of Roller stuff. You can also purchase single wheels there as well. |
