Police said the girl was playing on a treadmill Monday in her central Phoenix home when she either slipped or put her head in the loop of a cord hanging under the console.
Exodus' 7-year-old brother found her and told their mother, who was in another room. She took Exodus off the cord, called 911 and tried to revive her.
Responding officers and firefighters performed CPR on Exodus as they took her to the hospital, where she had been listed in critical condition since Monday.
Tyson was in Las Vegas at the time of the accident and flew Monday to Phoenix, where he was seen entering the hospital.
Cynthia Schwartz, a spokeswoman for Tyson, said the family would release a statement Tuesday evening. They had not made any funeral arrangements, she said.
Hill said it was unclear whether an autopsy would be performed.

Tyson is such an emotionally fragile person despite this tough guy persona he's known for..

Last night i was just watching the best mike tyson interview moments... hmm coincidence.

Totally agree with the mentally unstable comment, you'd know if you watched those interview videos, bite out your asshole, etc...

As much as the guy is a serious basket case, no one deserves to go through what he and his family are dealing with.

RIP to the little girl, and my condolences to the family.

i only knew he was a wifebeater after his divorce from givens but didn't know he had kids.

weird thing was the tv report i watched mentioned that he did not live at the home where the girl had the accident :confused:

figured she would die after i heard of the accident earlier today

Bad parenting. This is just stupid.
Who turned on the treadmill? No way would a 4 year old be tall enough, especially to even hit the right buttons to get it going. Especially to a speed setting where the treadmill would be running fast enough to be leathal (if you fall). The only cord would be the emergency stop cord, which if this story was true, it obviously didn't do it's job. But anyway, the 4 year old's weight would of pulled the emergency stop cord off anyway.

So this story really doesn't seem to connect in my head.
