Is a throttle body replacement part of the powertrain warranty?

My car has problems related to the throttle body and the dealer is claiming it is not covered under the powertrain warranty (I am beyond the 3 year bumper-to bumper warranty).

Can anyone define what part of the power train is normally covered under these warranties and if the throttle body ought to be included?

No, power train usually only covers major components (block, head, tranny, diff)
