Okay... So, I was checking to see if the Left 4 Dead Fan Movie was out yet. Here's a refresher:

According to their Facebook page, they'll be releasing some more stuff very soon (They said end of January). I'm excited, but I won't hold my breath. They are taking their sweet time.

In the meantime, amongst the other fan movies, I found a film released in December. It's actually pretty decent.

^^every day. I play VS mostly now as I finished all the campaigns. still a bunch of Achievements to get.

I'm on the Misfits 20 VS 20 server a lot. !perkmod. server is usually dead untill 5-10pm then dead again.

Turbo, have you downloaded custom maps from Custom Maps and Mods for Left 4 Dead and L4D2! - L4Dmaps.com ?

Played a campaign called "Questionable Ethics", most challenging map ever.
It's ridiculously fun; I spent hours on it trying to complete it.

Shit something happened today. I cannot join ANY online game. it just fails and dumps me onto an empty lobby. I can play solo, but cant join any servers AND the custom servers list is missing from the bottom right of my screen!!??

any ideas??

NM, i deleted steam and all game content and reinstalled both from a HDD backup. seems to be working again.

its "Turbo E" just like here. im in the revscene group too lol!

As to custom Maps, I have not been able to get them to work. I'm lost in that respect. can't figure them out. I wish it were more like CSS where custom maps downloaded automatically, depending on the server.
