hardware upgrade
 

I've been with rogers since 2007, signed up with some POS Samsung flip phone. I bought a 2G iPhone out of my pocket and was using that.

Anyway, im using an E71 today and was thinking about a hardware upgrade. Called them up and the rep told me there isn't a whole lot of a discount on any phone for myself.

What do you guys think i should do? Wait out my contract and get a nice phone with a new carrier or upgrade my phone through Rogers and re-sign?

Adding data on a data device will lower the cost substantially or just hold out

hold out and then talk to retentions. See what kinda pricing they can do.

You might not have too much bargaining power since you're a relatively new customer. But there have been exceptions.
