Buying a AW11

hi i've been looking at later model AW11
besides the common occurrences
-leaking tops
-minor rust in the back rear wheels/bumper area

I don't really mind either

I'm interested in a supercharged model, nething special to look out for?

I wouldn't mind PM or just post in this thread, I don't check very often though. so a PM might be better.

The biggest problem is rust. After that there's not a whole heck of a lot. It's common on early cars to have worn transmission synchros, but the SC models run a beefier transmission like the later turbos.

They have different problems, mostly related to the owners. Also look for blown turbos, and seized calipers/e-brake cables.

I've had an NA version of AW11 for a bit.

the exhaust fell off in about 5 days because it was severely rusted. but oh well, what can you expect from an old car right?
