Question on rogers okay i have a question. so i bought my blackberry curve 8900 from rogers about 34 days ago. my headphone jack has been giving me problems since i had it, so i finally decided to take it to the rogers i bought the phone from. they wouldnt exchange it for me since i was past 30 days. so i had to call rogers bb technical support, so they said they are going to send me a new one that should arrive in 3-7 business days. so my question is what do i do with my old blackberry, do i send it back to them or do i keep it ? :) |
You can do either or: 1. Return it and nothing happens. 2. Keep it and see the charge show up on your next phone bill. |
return it. if you dont return it, then they will bill you for a brand new 8900. |
um i am on fido right now, and i just bought the phone without a contract from them. so yeah. |
You are not a existing Roger's client and yet BB Tech issued you a new 8900 replacement? Didn't he/she ask you for account info like user name, postal code etc? |
