incubus 08-16-2009 08:24 AM

RCubed 08-16-2009 10:42 PM

Default should be 00000

incubus 08-17-2009 04:41 AM

thnx i put it on if someone changed the sim

incubus 08-18-2009 06:00 PM

new update is out

wat does it mean to be hackable http://www.symbian-freak.com/news/00...ble_on_nsu.htm

RCubed 08-18-2009 06:16 PM

it means you can bypass security features on your phone to allow you to install unsigned(unverified) applications and edit system files.

+Kardboard+ 08-18-2009 06:19 PM

Update makes my phone fasssster. I like.

Hacking S60 phones means that you can do stuff like add more effects to the UI or, most often, remove the requirement for signed apps.

incubus 08-18-2009 06:25 PM

oh okay thnx i probly wont since i suck at tinkering with phones and computers lol

+Kardboard+ 08-18-2009 06:31 PM

Not much point to it when signing your own apps is dead easy:

for some reason i cant update...im stuck at ver.10...it just keeps saying no updates available

Xander 08-18-2009 11:52 PM

So I have a bold, and I'm thinking about going to a N97. Should I do it? The main thing holding my back is BB messenger.

Does the N97's texting feature show previous messages, like msn, or the iphone?

Nope.
"Nokia Conversation" would, but it has yet to be ported to S60V5

Really? Which version of the phone do you have? NAM? You can only update via the computer and with Nokia Software Update.

Free-iSMS is what I'm using. It's...free, but you have to sign it yourselves.

If I were to choose, I will still choose the regular unless the mini is cheaper by quite a bit.
