Avg cost of rent in Industrial Area
 

I run a small import company that is slowly outgrowing my condo and next year I would like to look into leasing a small office.

I need something quite small-just large enough for a couple of staff members and storage for a few pallets of goods.

What do rents start at per month for a small 500-1000sqft office space in an industrial area approximately? Location is not very important, but somewhere in the Surrey/Port Kells/Langley area would probably be best.
