On TSN they said the Flyers team salary is $70 million, how is that possible with the salary cap? Are they paying a penalty or did I hear wrong?

Did I hear that Luongo was at the Canucks table? I like the fact he's there. Having his long terms should lure players into Vancouver...Being a nice city and all and other intagibles...
