This is the team that's supposed to go to the finals, according to some analysts. LOL.
Stop setting the goals so high. Set them low, like they will barely make the playoffs this year. Then when you meet that expectation, it's all good.
Damn. Luongo's in my hockey pool. Bad move on my part. Not even a huge Luongo fan, but listened to all the hype and went for it. I'm sure the Canucks will start to win some games as soon as the team starts to score more than 6 goals a game. LOL.

You have to lose to win. I wish we lost games in the preseason because I knew this was going to happen. Lu is not on his game yet, that will change. SOB should be replaced by Rome next game. Like or not, Wellwood needs to go for Glass. Some people on this site think I hate on him just cus *cough* CRS *cough, but he is a liability. Sure he does win faceoffs, but thats it. His size, weigh, and strength just cant cut it. Bernier looks worthless, and Raymond tries to hard. Our 3rd line is the weakest link.
I was reading about Jaffery in Calgary the other day and he said exactly what I thought. He was asked what's the biggest diffrence between Sutter and AV and he said Sutter talks to you and is involved with you. AV isnt, you would have to go through the assistants. When I watched them this year at training camp you could cleary tell that all communication was done through the assistants, and AV was just skating around. I assume its hard to tell your guys what to do when you dont even talk to them.
Agian, I would rather have a little problems now than in the playoffs. Just make the playoffs please.

Wow, the bandwagon jumpers are out in full force.
There's nothing wrong with the depth and talent on this team, there's just a little disconnect between players because most of the starters didn't get any preseason time together to get their "chemistry" going, so there's a lot of scrambly play and poor positioning right now. Give'em a game or two for everyone to get in sync, if AV doesn't juggle the lines too much right off the bat, and things will be fine.
Wow, 0-2 and the people are pounding on the panic button with a sledgehammer.
