I wouldn't be surprised if Pyatt likes playing in Phoenix, Phoenix/Glendale area is a very nice place to live, good night life and lots of privacy as a hockey player in Phoenix.
From having spoken to NHL players and I also remember a survey on ESPN a couple years ago of players, playing on a winning team actually ranks behind, living location, money and family considerations for where they would like to play. Nightlife/entertainment options was actually right behind a winning team.
