another great effort by Luongo. Maybe Lu should learn a thing or two from Kipper....lol whoever got that team canada jersey with Luongo on the back should see if u can get a refund. At the way he is playing, i dont see him in the olympics.

Damn, Burrows has been pissing me off lately.
Didn't cover his check in the Dallas game for the tying goal.
Now he does something stupid like go in the goal crease.

at least raycroft had a good period, wasn't exactly easy for him.
i'd have to say rypien was more than likely the canucks' best player tonight. brought energy, finished his checks, got a goal.
i hope they give shirokov a shot after tonight's bad gamble on grabner.

Lots of hate towards Grabner tonight. You guys are dumb dumbs. What do you seriously expect, he got his first ever NHL point tonight. Calgary just played a solid game tonight and hit everything. Bieska pissed me off. Wellwood needs to get cut seriously.

Calgary was a way better team than the Canucks last night. Since we are pointing fingers, I blame the coaching staff. They failed to get the team up for the game. The Canucks were disorganized and had little to no energy. Toward the end of the game, they started to play with more energy. Too little, too late.
Who knows? Perhaps there's a flu going through the team. In any case, they better be up for tonight's game.
One more thing....... I hate Bieksa, but wth? He takes a shot at the net and misses it by 15 feet? That's what the play by play guy said. And, there wasn't anyone in front to have deflected his shot. Fucking cocky little shit! He passes like he doesn't give a rat's ass. Too cool for school, prick!

Edit: Tegra_devil, although I hate your team with a passion, they are an awesome team. Hats off to them. Kind of ashamed of my team's performance right now, but that's what the Canucks are all about - frustrating their fans once in a while with lackluster effort.

Lu will start today..if he doesn't, that's fucked up. We need to get him to find his game and benching him 6 games into the season will not make a case.
But since RS is like CDC now, if we lose today with Raycroft in net, ppl will then say "Why didn't Luongo start... bla bla" LOL..
