BC Children's Hospital is the province's only full-service, acute-care facility for kids, serving a million children in B.C. and the Yukon, with 72,000 patients treated last year.

That's amazing, I remember reading during the Haiti crisis that an entire NBA team donated $10,000 to the relief effort... $10k... their freaking pretzel profits on game night are probably $10k... and you got the Sedins donating $1.5 mill to a hospital in their hometown... way to show them how it's done!!

I think Raycroft did an admirable job for a backup goalie. He's probably the best backup goalie the Canucks have had in a long time. He definitely had moments tonight where he kept the Canucks in the game. I'll chalk this up to bad luck (and a little bit of blame with Raymond settling into a slump since he hasn't played great as of late)

If he is stuck in the AHL next year again, his trade value will be bag of pucks.

I guess it kind of sucks cause Raycroft is proven solid and should be good for the next 2-3 years, whereas Schneider is somewhat untested but has the potential - then there's the cost factor.
