The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place... and I donīt care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently, if you let it. You, me or nobody, is gonna hit as hard as life. But ain't about how hard you hit... It's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward... how much you can take, and keep moving forward. Thatīs how winning is done. Now, if you know what you worth, go out and get what you worth. - Rocky Balboa
remember.. the leafs have kessel, and he sure can shoot the puck. Also, don't forget about Dion Phaneuf. Both are young players with a bright future in Toronto.

but u love the leafs....and thus we have to laugh at it. But seriously, heres my take on those two you brought up
Phil Kessel has YET to prove himself as an elite player, even tho i do see the potential, he is being touted as a one shot sniper. He's playing in the same division as last year, so nothing really has changed except for team mates. Of course, Marc Savard's passing makes it a great addition to his game and really helps Phil Kessel, but until Kessel becomes the one shot goal scorer as he should, he's sorta like Bobby Ryan to me at the moment.
Dion Phanuef, needs to redefine his career. The rebuilding leafs and Burke will help him, thats probably the only bright spot in the leafs this year. Next year, all eyes will be on Nazeem Khadri.
The most coveted job in the NHL? The Sedins' winger.

Ya.. I totally agree with you. We just need phil kessel and dion phaneuf to kick up their game a notch. Plus the addition of some great players, would help toronto get out of last place in the east.
fyi, the team that I like to watch the most in the Eastern conference is Toronto, while in the Western conference it's Vancouver. Both are Canadian teams, and they hardly see each other.
Also, just cause I like to watch their games, it doesn't mean I'm their fan.
