Come next year, the Nucks will need to find another D man to replace Schneider. Bieska could be a good trade bait if they can get some good draft picks. But again, looking at it long term, keeping Bieska is better than keeping Salo since he is getting up in age too.

He had a high faceoff percentage, and is a pretty good play maker.

"cheap" producing players who work hard like obrien and wellwood are not worth giving up because their potential outweighs their price tag they are exactly the type of players you need to win a cup
