has anyone dealt with Japan Auto Direct?
 

I just got off the phone with some guy from Japan Auto Direct who called me at 2:00am in the morning, granted I did put in my contact us at around 1am.

Anyway, I noticed that they had a car I've been lusting after for some time now on their site, but after a quick ripoff reports search, came across:

3 complaints against them. I was wondering if anyone on RS has dealt with them before, and if these complaints are just disgruntled or uniformed buyers venting on ripoff reports. The car I'm goin for is on auction tomorrow overseas, and I'm debating if I should pull the trigger and send a deposit over and put my bid in with these people.
