Personally I think the owner cuts it the best. Her chair is the first one on the right when you go in which is the chair directly beside the cash register. If your cut is just a simple one I don't see anything really going wrong but your call.

ultra hair...i get my hair cut from Kelly. she's the one on the left.

Bill is really good because I don't have much hair, especially for someone my age and he's really good at layering,
Only $15 for a cut :)

Ahh yes the chick that can speak cantonese on the left right? She cut my hair for the first time the other day and I can't say I was unhappy. However, my preference is still the owner. Originally I started off with the chick in the right corner umm Geen or something is her name. But to be perfectly honest the owner and Kelly are better.

Kingsway and Nelson.
$13 for men's haircut.
It's a Taiwanese place.
Ask for Chris.
He does great haircuts for both men and women. Strongly recommend that place!

I didn't cut my hair since October of last year. I finally got a hair cut last month at Spa Utopia. It was free since there was a hairdresser that needed to finish her apprenticeship, and she needed volunteers. It worked out real well... I got a proper haircut for long hair, and I got the girl I wanted because of it :)

EDIT: I don't recommend Spa Utopia. While they're good, they're prices are up there.
