I usually wear a 9 and have a pair in 9 and a pair in 8.5, I would size .5 down if you want a bit of a snugger fit. Else-wise, TTS should be fine.

Just a heads up, nike.com has restocked the Tech Fleece Pants. Charcoal is already sold out and they only have xl and xxl for gray. Black is still fully in stock I believe.
