Hush puppies I think? Lol

The insole and lining is really made for comfort as opposed to similar shoes from aldo etc where it feels like your walking in bare feet each step

Did you get your Dayton Service Boots yet? I'm thinking of ordering them also. Looking forward to your comments of the boots and their service.

Jack and Jones had a nice one, but it was a parka.

As per most of the comments online Dayton has taken well past the "8 week" turn around mark for my service boot.

Beleive 8 weeks was now 3 Saturday's ago this weekend. I emailed them 2 weeks ago asking for an update and they said they've been cut and sewn and are now in the factory but "they got mixed up with December orders and may be a bit behind"

:/

Sad to see an otherwise amazing Vancouver company delaying orders time and again. I have yet to hear 1 positive comment about their lead times.

I agree, it's very unfortunate that a historic Vancouver brand's service has declined so severely. It's understandable that the rise in demand they've experienced over recent years would result in some struggles but they should have worked them out by now. At least they don't seem to have lowered their quality standards. Though I love my Daytons and have thought of ordering another pair, I don't think I will be.

At least their turn around is a lot better than ToJs when they were making stuff

Thinking of picking up the new Stan Smiths with the neoprene sock. And hoping to get the AM1 breds haha
