Phone with WiFi
 

I am in HK right now and looking for a new phone. My priorities from most important to least important are:
1. Stable (doesn't lag or hang all the time)
2. WiFi (mostly for YouTube/Facebook/Email)
3. 3rd party applications
4. At least 3" screen

I really like the Xperia 1, but I've heard mixed experience of the phone. Replies from the Xperia 1 thread is that it is a great phone with lots of applications, and it's fast. On the other hand, I've had several sales person in HK tell me that Windows Mobile is still a really unstable system, and I should stay away from it if possible (hangs/lags all the time). Not only that, barely any stores/phone carriers carry it anymore.

I've also looked at the HTC Magic and the Nokia 5800, but I am still looking for more opinions and recommendations. The N97 I think it's a bit on the expensive side. Any suggestions would be great!

i think htc magic is $3900 in hk??

you can buy one brand hew here on craigslist..around $400~450 which is $3000 hkd off of the ppl who renew their rogers contracts..

and the one carried by rogers will work with 3G here

if stableness if your major concern just dunt jb.

the browsing capability and the 3rd party apps far exceed and other phone. not to mention the screen.

Or you can not be a sheep and get the n97 or palm pre

Besides iphone, is there any other suggestions? Or in other words, what are some alternatives to the iphone?

Can anyone comment on the stablility of Windows Mobile?
