That doesn't look like a very serious accident, and I would actually be surprised if the driver WAS significantly injured.

You should see my wheels after a few hours of driving, my wheels look like I haven’t washed my car for days.

Years ago, I had an old Integra (back in about 1999). A Boxster hit me nearly head-on at about 50km/hr.
My engine compartment was crunched halfway in, and totally undriveable.
The Boxster's front bumper was dented in and the radiator was leaking fluid but he just drove off! I was really impressed.
