HKS Vein pressure converter

i jsut bought a 300zx with a hks vpc but i dont think it was installed properly and i was wondering where i could get the installation checked and have it tuned- and also how much it would cost me

Why do you think it was installed incorrectly?

I would say the VPC is a buggy little add on. I had one on another car. There is a 5h hp gain once you eliminate the air flow meter, but there are little quirks you have to live with. During idle you might have rpm dips, especially when you give too little gas from a stand still. Another thing is the car runs quite rich.
