just got back from it,
the movie sucked badly, Sienna Miller was the shit though and the chick who played Scarlett was hot
you can notice where they cheaped out on the CGI too, i guess their budget wasn't high enough :/
when i think back i shoulda enjoyed it but i dont know i just hated it guess i was just in a bad mood

Ya the CGI was HORRIBLE for a lot of the scenes. When they first enter the GI Joe base...man you can harsh tell.

i had pretty low expectations especailly after watching transformers 2 last month or so... but to my surprise.. it was pretty good =D lol worth the 10 minute wait to get into the theatre....

i went out to mission to watch it and the theatre wasnt even half filled
but i almost fell asleep during a Duke flashback sequence, i get the point but it was just really corny and drawn out

ya i LIKED it. was having low expectations but i actually like Stephen Sommer's direction of the movie of turning it more of a sci fi fantasy.. the dog fights near the end definitely reminded me of Star Wars like said before
but overall.. err its still a shitty mindless action flick
otherwise, this movie deserves and SHOULD make more money than Transformers 2
ya sure the Duke flashback scenes were cheesy but the "Sam you are the chosen one" Robot Heaven scene from Transformers 2 was the cheesiest of all....

it wasn't that bad, it could have been better for sure
the CGI was horrible, you can tell where they spent most of their budget on
sienna miller and rachel nichols are hot!

i enjoyed the movie.
But like some people above me, MINDLESS action flick. pretty damn good.
CGI can't be helped imho, teh entire movie literalyl everything is CGI'ed
