I'm a pretty hardcore amature detailer. I have bought most all the detail products over time. Recently I had good luck getting product from site sponsor icanpolish.ca. then I sent in a $300 order and the guy vanished off the face of the earth.

So my advice is if you want to get into detailing be careful who you send moeny to.

I've recently heard back from that business. Apparently the guy who owns/runs it had an emergency but is now back and has shipped my order. I don't know if the emergency story is true, but to the store's credit he seems genuinely apologetic for the delay and is trying to make the situation right which I think is good gesture. Perhaps my situation was an unexpected glitch in an otherwise good business.

Arg. OK so I got most of my order shipped, but on a few items I had ordered more than one and I just got one out of every item I had ordered. The company still owes me about $40 worth of product and has vanished off the face of the earth again.

I mean that is better than the $300 I was out before, but still shitty.
