Where to get a good deal on hard luggage?

Hi there,

Looking at some Givi sidecases and mounting brackets for my bike. Anyone can give me pointers as to where I can buy it for the most reasonable price?

Any help would be appreciated, even if they are US companies as long as they ship to Point Roberts.

FYI I'm looking for the following:

Givi PLXR166 sidecases mount
Givi V35N sidecases
