| 80 bucks for changing light bulbs
I feel like I got rip off from this shop downstair of my office. I asked em to change the DRL light bulb and they charge me for 80 bucks -_-''. They said it's pretty damn hard to change light bulbs for my car, whatever excuses they are trying to tell me but from the way I see it, it's just light bulbs.
The shop is called "KaohSiung Auto repair" on No. 3 rd, right behind Vador.
DO NOT GO THERE!

Shop hour is ~100/hour these days. and minimum is 1 hour.. Materials is probably about $10.

If it's so easy, why didn't you do it yourself? Price of being lazy = expensive.

The car could possibly be a VW Beetle, cause you have to take out the whole headlight to change the bulb =/

try changing the parking light bulb on a 2003 forester... you have to take the headlight out to get at it, and in order to do so, the center grille and front bumper have to come off to do it (well technically you can get away with not doing the bumper but it's gonna draw blood). took me 1.5 hours to get it fixed... then a few weeks later the other side burns out |

mr lube wouldve changed them for free with an oil change. not to spite you or anything but you couldve gotten an oil change with filter, PLUS the bulb changed and a FREE 32 point inspection. come into mr lube, no appointments necessary. mr.lube, ready for an oil change?

so the OP still hasnt said what car.
some cars are near impossible to change even the lightbulb. it be easier to pop off the bumper, remove the whole housing, then change the lightbulb with so little room to fit ur hand.
some cars, you gotta either turn the wheel, or jack the car up, and reach in from the fender liner.

wtf, the DRL bulb is right there clean in the open!!
i could identify if it were the main headlight bulb or the side bulb i suppose, being that you have to get through the fender liner, but that's still no 80 dollar job haha!
