beach body- Insanity (from the makers of P90x) Surfing the net and came across this.. has anyone tried it yet.. it is based on interval training.. HIIT to a new level.. Thoughts and testimonials ??? |
:facepalm: Eat less carbs, do resistance training 3 times a week, do HIIT 3 times a week, and do some steady state every other morning. Losing fat is not rocket science. You don't need these whacky expensive programs to get a "beach body" |
Isnt P90x already more of a beach body type program? I bet its pretty much the same thing.. they just change some of the exercises around and call it new and hope ppl spend another $100 on the new program.. |

i am not saying i need to do this.. i just saw it while browsing the net... and thought i would post it up... working out.. loosing weight, gaining muscle mass is all just hard work... there are no short cuts or magical pills.. lol |

I have tried p90x and it's good stuff... I didn't follow the nutrition guide but just watched what I eat... it's good to keep someone motivated or if you are lazy to go to the gym for a day..pop in the dvd and waste that 1 hour at your house... I think that's their whole purpose.. |
